I was born in Columbus, Ohio, but was raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. We moved to Alaska like many families because of the military. My dad was dentist in the US Air Force and after retiring, opened his own practice in Fairbanks.
I have been in Fairbanks since I was only a couple months old and have been able to see it grow and prosper into the city it is today. I graduated from Lathrop High School in 2001 and left for college at Northern Arizona University, then University of Nevada, Reno, where I studied Exercise Science. In 2008, while buying my first home, my Realtor Traci Schachle and I hit it off and found we were an amazing team. I quickly realized this was for me and I have enjoyed every minute of it since I started.
When I’m not working, I enjoy teaching indoor cycling & other fitness classes on Ft. Wainwright and the Alaska Club, any type of exercise, and just being around my friends and family.
